Intex
One of two Intex industrial facilities built by Hicks Construction, located in the I-75 Industrial Park outside of Clinton, TN. This is a 65,000 sq. ft. facility for light assembly/e-coating of automotive components.

The second is also 65,000 sq. ft., with finished office space in the forward section of the building.

MWN
Several facilities within the I-75 industrial complex were built to order, offering astute businesses the opportunity to enjoy a state-of-the-art manufacturing/distributing/warehousing facility within a strategically located industrial park. All of Hicks Construction's finished facilities are known for their thoughtful use of space and excellent build quality. This particular facility is 52,500 sq. ft. in size.

Lance Cunningham Ford
In the increasingly complex and sophisticated world of the modern automobile, dealerships are compelled to follow suit with advanced design and open, airy showrooms. Lance Cunningham relied on Hicks Construction to update his facility with a very advanced appearance and tasteful applications of lighting.

Fox Toyota
Originally built in the 50's, Fox Toyota was a virtually iconic retail facility in Anderson County. Updating the appearance of this long-standing small town business was achieved by Hicks Construction without allowing the finished result to seem overwrought, and allowing the existing structure to blend into the modern design as much as possible.

Lincoln/Mercury
Lincoln/Mercury has been updating the appearance of their dealerships with this modern, sophisticated facade. When the Knoxville, Tennessee dealership needed to update their facility, the decision to employ Hicks Construction was simple, and this is the eye-catching result.

NTRC- National Transportation Research Center
An advanced multi-purpose 50,000 sq. ft. facility located just off Pellissippi Parkway, one of East Tennessee's "technology corridors". With everything from office space to full-scale vehicle research taking place inside, careful design and construction were necessary to meet this unique client's needs. Hicks Construction answered the call and now emissions testing successfully takes place next door to boardroom meetings.

Harrison’s Restaurant
Presenting a pleasing exterior and a warm, inviting dining environment was guiding directive for this new restaurant in Anderson County. Complete with a gallery kitchen and a well-lit bar area, Hicks Construction created a favorite gathering place with their completion of Harrison's Restaurant.

Shoney’s
Home of America's favorite breakfast buffet, Hicks Construction's strict adherence to franchise guidelines assured that this building was immediately recognizable to travelers. All corporate expectations were met with this quality building located off the I-75 Norris/Clinton exit.

Shell Station
Careful attention to detail and exact tolerances are needed to successfully build a modern petroleum distribution facility. Hicks Construction provided the client with a top-notch facility that met all corporate design guidelines and remained firmly within EPA mandates.

Exxon/Burger King/Subway
Fast food facilities present special construction challenges. Careful attention to detail and complete knowledge of modern construction techniques are necessary to follow franchise statutes and to present the customer with a pleasing dining environment. Hicks Construction met the challenges and completed this ultramodern travel center, successfully meeting modern design challenges yet remaining within budgetary guidelines.

F&H Partnership
A multi-purpose facility with versatile, modern office design befitting a contemporary medical services building. Located near the recently revitalized Park West Hospital, this site offers adaptable office space in a location convenient to continuing health care.

Samlip America, LLC
Several facilities within the I-75 industrial complex were built to order, offering astute businesses the opportunity to enjoy a state-of-the-art manufacturing / distributing / warehousing facility within a strategically located industrial park. Glen Alpine Subdivision
In addition to preparing and developing the subdivision, Hicks Construction built some of the finer houses therein. Contemporary style and quality construction are evident in every detail, making these homes some of the most sought-after in the Clinton area. Average price per home is $250,000 - $290,000 (April 2005 estimate).

Strip Center for Graham Corporation
An excellent example of how to provide high quality, value-conscious retail space. This retail center is located in a rapidly growing section of North Knoxville.
