Intex
One of two Intex industrial facilities built by Hicks Construction, located in
the I-75 Industrial Park outside of Clinton, TN. This is a 65,000 sq. ft. facility
for light assembly/e-coating of automotive components.
The second is also 65,000
sq. ft., with finished office space in the forward
section of the building. |

Originally built in the 50's, Fox Toyota was a virtually iconic retail facility
in Anderson County. Updating the appearance of this long-standing small town
business was achieved by Hicks Construction without allowing the finished
result to seem overwrought, and allowing the existing structure to blend
into the modern design as much as possible.

Lincoln/Mercury has been updating the appearance of their dealerships with this
modern, sophisticated facade. When the Knoxville, Tennessee dealership needed
to update their facility, the decision to employ Hicks Construction was simple,
and this is the eye-catching result.

NTRC- National Transportation Research Center
An advanced multi-purpose 50,000 sq. ft. facility located just off Pellissippi
Parkway, one of East Tennessee's "technology corridors". With everything
from office space to full-scale vehicle research taking place inside, careful
design and construction were necessary to meet this unique client's needs.
Hicks Construction answered the call and now emissions testing successfully
takes place next door to boardroom meetings.

to franchise guidelines assured that this building was immediately recognizable
