About Christy Hicks Real Estate
Christy Hicks began her education in real estate matters by working for Hicks Construction for five years. Christy attended the University of Tennessee earning a Masters Degree. Since becoming a licensed realtor in 2001, Christy has become an accredited buyer representative and is a member of the Knoxville Association of Realtors. She buys rental & investment properties through her ownership of Sticks Properties, LLC. Christy specializes in the development, marketing, and sale of commercial, industrial and lake properties.
